Guardian trains once again with his old Alpha Flight team but a few members still have some reservations about his return from the dead. When the news comes in that Omega Flight has taken over a mall, the Alphans charge in only to be soundly defeated by the bad guys. Heather is confronted by Guardian who turns out, not to be her dead husband Mac, but the evil robot Delphine Courtney.
