The arc-title "Casualties of War" sets a tense, street-warfare tone that fits right into the third chapter of the "Louder Than a Bomb" storyline. Robert L. Washington III and John Paul Leon were bringing real grit and urgency to Milestone's corner of the DC universe in 1993, and this cover makes a compelling case for diving in.
