Tony Harris's cover art for this March 1996 issue sets a richly atmospheric, fortune-telling mood that perfectly suits the "Beyond Sins" arc. With James Robinson writing and Harris and Von Grawbadger on interiors, this creative team was firing on all cylinders during one of DC's most quietly compelling runs of the decade.
