Spooky finds a secret ghost formula for a potion that give him the ability to look like anyone he chooses. After making himself look like Casper and then Wendy, he takes the form of a pig, at which point a witch comes along and turns him into a football. She takes him to her home, and since her magic is more powerful than his he can't do anything about it.
