Harvey Comics' pint-sized ghost with the tiny top hat finds himself in a very sticky situation in this January 1961 issue — a massive swarm of bees has taken the shape of a ghost and sent Spooky fleeing in wide-eyed alarm, while a bear lurks nearby clutching a honeycomb. It's a wonderfully silly cover gag that captures everything charming about "the tuff little ghost" — even the supernatural can't catch a break when nature decides to join the haunting.
