Terry Roberts uses "Think Tank" to hack into the FBI's database and gain information on Steel Hawk. Using his "Strong-Arms", Eduardo Giotti surprises the assassin and beats him savagely. Steel Hawk only survives when a compatriot, Varna, fights off Eduardo and carries the terrorist away. It is revealed that agents of Edmund Roth had abducted Jenny Swensen. After verifying her loyalties through a series of tests, Roth tells her she will now be working for the U.S. government.
