Spider-Man: Lifeline #2
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe second chapter of this 2001 three-part Marvel limited series finds Spider-Man leaping forward with fists raised, caught between an ancient stone tablet covered in mysterious hieroglyphic-like markings and a fiery, chaotic backdrop. Looming above him is a mystical, glowing figure, while the faces of several menacing characters — including a grim, scarred man and others with expressions ranging from fury to eerie blankness — surround him on all sides. Steve Rude's cover art gives the whole scene a vivid, almost mythological energy that pairs perfectly with Fabian Nicieza's "Snakes in the Grass" storyline.
