“Im Fadenkreuz von Dr. Doom!”

In "Im Fadenkreuz von Dr. Doom!", Spider-Man finds himself caught in a deadly game of wits when Dr. Doom targets him not for battle, but to manipulate him into helping defeat the Fantastic Four. When Spider-Man refuses, Doom turns his attention to Flash Thompson—mistakenly captured after a prank costume—and now the real hero must rescue him before it's too late. A classic tale of mistaken identity and high-stakes tension, written by Stan Lee and Michael Strittmatter, with iconic art by Steve Ditko on both interior and cover, and colors by Stan Goldberg.
