This anthology issue contains multiple space-themed stories. One story follows earthmen who receive treatment aboard an alien ship; after sleeping, they awaken to discover their vessel has been repaired and learn that the aliens have found them to be infected with a hardy disease and plan to transmit immunity to their own people. Another story features a UN Space Patrol ship encountering a colossal living monster on a planet, which opens its mouth and devours the vessel before the crew can retreat, prompting them to consider their next course of action.
