“Who Is Monsieur Le Rat?”

In "Who Is Monsieur Le Rat?", Happy and Bud uncover a French surveillance device hidden as the giant Monsieur le Rat in Syria, where they cross paths with rival reporter Sue Saunders. With Happy now a war correspondent and Bud determined to join him—threatening to expose the Ray’s secret if denied—tensions rise as their partnership faces its toughest test yet. Penciled and inked by Bob Fujitani and Lou Fine, the story unfolds with sharp wit and wartime intrigue, while Gill Fox’s cover captures the mystery with bold, stylized flair.
