About this Collection

This massive hardcover collects the Silver Surfer's earliest appearances, from his debut in Fantastic Four #48-50 through his first solo series and key guest spots in the late 1960s and early 1970s. It includes the classic Stan Lee and John Buscema run on the character's own title, as well as his encounters with Galactus, the Inhumans, and Mephisto. A cornerstone volume for fans of cosmic Marvel and the Sentinel of the Spaceways.
