Philip Tan and Sebastian Cheng bring fierce intensity to this penultimate chapter of "Brothers and Sisters," with a cover by Marcus To that puts Shang-Chi front and center — hammer raised triumphantly, standing over a fallen robed figure at the base of a burning temple staircase.
