Secret Wars 2099 #4

Issue four of this 2015 Marvel miniseries drops readers into a charged confrontation rendered in Dave Rapoza's striking painted cover style. A futuristic Captain America in a sleek blue-and-white star-spangled suit faces off in close quarters against a figure clinging upside-down to a metal structure above, their expressions both tense and determined against a smoldering cityscape backdrop. Peter David and Will Sliney's 2099 take on Marvel's super-team continues to look like one of the more compelling entries in the Secret Wars event lineup.
