Louise reaches the age where she dates not for fun, but because she’s “looking for a husband.” However, she doesn’t want to make the wrong choice. Hal seems nice, but she discovers he’s not rich as she thought, but only a hot dog vendor. 3 years pass and Louise has yet to find Mr. Right. She runs into Hal, now married with 2 children, and the president of a company. He warns Louise she’ll wind up a “lonely, heartbroken old maid!” if she insists on perfection. Louise changes her attitude and finally finds a husband.
