Shaggy and Scooby-Doo find themselves face-to-face with a shaggy, wild-eyed creature in a woodland setting on Tim Harkins's cover for this 1998 DC/Cartoon Network issue — and judging by the muddy footprints already on the ground, the duo has literally stumbled into something strange. The creature looms over a thoroughly unnerved Shaggy while Scooby cowers nearby, making it clear that mystery (and mild terror) is very much on the menu.
