Sandman #[15]
This Polish-language Egmont Polska edition of Neil Gaiman's Sandman — subtitled Panie Łaskawe, Część 1 — arrives with a striking Dave McKean cover dominated by two cloaked, statuesque figures rendered in deep amber and shadow, adorned with scrolling text ribbons that lend the image an almost ritualistic, ancient weight. The visual immediately evokes the mythological gravitas that has made this series so enduring, with those draped forms suggesting fate, judgment, or something equally solemn lurking at the heart of the story within. A beautifully produced 2006 volume for Polish readers, with interior work contributed by Neil Gaiman and a talented artistic ensemble including Kevin Nowlan and Danny Vozzo.
