“Peril, Thy Name is Plunderer!”

In "Peril, Thy Name is Plunderer!", Rom faces a pivotal choice: after the Wraith war ends and Galador is safe, he's offered the chance to reclaim his humanity and return to Ray-Na. But with the Prime Director revealing that escaped Wraiths still threaten the cosmos, the burden of duty pulls him back into the fight. Written by Bill Mantlo and brought to life by Sal Buscema’s dynamic art and Ben Sean’s vivid colors, this issue captures Rom’s emotional weight and resolve. The cover, by Al Milgrom and Steve Leialoha, perfectly frames the moment of sacrifice.
