Mayda Munny tricks Richie into marrying her by staging a fake movie set. This plan seems to work but it turns out that it was a fisherman (a parishioner's twin brother) playing the role as a fisherman. This means that Richie and Mayda are not really married, much to Richie's relief and Mayda's chagrin.
