Richie uses a device to track down the Onion, but then decides to pay a grocery delivery worker for a bag of onions and his uniform for the purpose of trying to capture the culprit undercover. It was revealed that the Onion had kidnapped Mrs. Rich, but the villain decides to cancel the abduction and wants to go straight. The villain's breath is so powerful, it creates a new type of fuel.
