Revival #22

Tim Seeley and Mike Norton's "rural noir" series continues to deliver some of the most unsettling pastoral imagery in comics, and Jenny Frison's cover for issue #22 is a prime example. A dark-antlered deer stares out with hollow, glowing white eyes, its imposing silhouette wreathed in thorny vines and pale roses against a warm, smoldering amber haze — beautiful and deeply wrong all at once.
