“Dark Trinity Part Four: Team Dynamics”

Part four of "Dark Trinity" finds the Outlaws in full combat mode atop what appears to be a massive armored vehicle — Red Hood crouching above with pistol raised, Artemis brandishing her sword at the lower left, and a caped, powerfully built figure being dragged or slammed against the vehicle's hull. Lobdell, Soy, and Gandini's Rebirth-era team dynamic gets a vivid showcase here, with Camuncoli and Cam Smith's cover composition doing a great job of conveying chaotic, kinetic energy across three very different fighters. If you've been following this gritty reimagining of DC's "dark trinity," issue four looks like a satisfying escalation of the tension.
