Red Guardian and Nighthawk travel to France to stop Nebulon's Bozos and are captured by the Headmen. Power Man and Valkyrie travel to India to battle the Headmen and are captured and shrunken to inches tall. Jack Norriss confronts Ruby Thursday and is captured. The Headmen capture Dr. Strange and Nebulon. Hulk attacks the Headmen and rescues the rest of the Defenders and Nebulon gives up his quest to take over the Earth.
