The cover copy poses an intriguing question: "Who is Mortalis — and what's his gripe with the Punisher?", teasing a new antagonist with a personal vendetta against Frank Castle. With cover art by Tom Lyle and Robert Jones bringing raw, mid-90s intensity to the page, this is a solid chapter in John Ostrander's run on the character.
