After being defeated by Quasimodo, the Frankenstein monster is abducted by aquatic demons who live under Paris and battles their ruler Le Suub, a gigantic octopus monster. Meanwhile Dr. Pretorius salvages the still living head of Dr. Frankenstein and forces him to help him create a monster similar to his creation.
