“Fist of Iron -- Heart of Stone!”

"Power Man & Iron Fist Epic Collection #1" kicks off with a gripping twist: Luke Cage, under duress, agrees to hand over Misty Knight to the ruthless Bushmaster in exchange for the safe return of his friends Claire and Noah. Written by Chris Claremont and brought to life by John Byrne’s dynamic art—enhanced by Dan Green’s inks and Françoise Mouly and Ken Klaczak’s vibrant colors—this story sees Iron Fist and Misty stage a daring rescue at the derelict Seagate prison, while Power Man distracts Bushmaster. The cover, a striking piece by Dave Cockrum and Rich Buckler, captures the tension of the moment.

Power Man explains to Iron Fist, Misty and Colleen that Bushmaster has captured two of his closest friends and, in order to secure their safety, he has agreed to capture Misty for him. Iron Fist and Misty sneak into the abandoned Seagate prison to rescue Claire and Noah while Power Man provides a distraction. Luke finds that Noah has been forced to put Bushmaster through the "power man" process and is battling the villain. When an electrical explosion brings an end to their battle, Bushmaster is buried and Luke is free to leave with his friends. He gets the tape that will clear his good name.
