There's a lot of cheerful chaos packed into Ken Wheaton's cover for this 2013 IDW issue, where a muscle-bound Popeye contentedly munches a burger while little Swee'Pea looks on with a bewildered "GLOP!" and some kind of frantic, broom-wielding scuffle breaks out in the background. With a story titled "The Right Schtuff or Tears of a Goon or Miracle Meat," Roger Langridge and Wheaton are clearly leaning into the screwball energy that makes this series such a delight. A bearded figure teased in the "Also in This Issue" medallion rounds out a cover that promises plenty of good-natured mayhem.
