“Plastic Man Goes to Hollywood”

In "Plastic Man Goes to Hollywood," the wacky crimefighter takes a bizarre turn when he’s drawn into a murder mystery on the silver screen—literally. When the eccentric H. Dumpty is pushed off a wall, Plastic Man must unravel a scheme involving stolen jewels hidden in tarts, a raven named Edgar Allan Poe, and a villain with a taste for theatrical revenge. Art by Al Bryant brings the absurdity to life, while Jack Cole’s cover captures the story’s zany flair.

H. Dumpty, the villain of the story, is murdered by being pushed off a wall. The culprit was after jewels, and, like the Queen of Hearts, she baked them into tarts and used a trained Raven called Edgar Allan Poe to steal for her.
