When a woman named Allison reaches out with fragmented memories of disappearances and human endurance pushed to its breaking point, the team is drawn into a mystery that stretches from the shadows of history into the very fabric of time itself.

In "Magic & Loss," Jo and the Planetary team sift through the remnants of the Four Voyagers Plaza, where Elijah pauses to examine three haunting artifacts—a blanket etched with alien symbols, a pair of golden wristbands, and a mysterious blue lantern—each a silent witness to lives cut short by the Four.

In the early 20th century, young Elijah Snow follows a trail of forgotten legends, uncovering a secret circle of extraordinary figures—among them the Invisible Man, H.G. Wells, Frankenstein’s Monster, Robor, Carnacki, Sherlock Holmes, and Dracula—each a relic of a hidden age. When a rogue technician activates the machine, Earth faces an onslaught of relentless robots—forcing the two factions into an uneasy alliance they never expected.
