In "The Gentleman's Name Is -- Venomm!", the Panther investigates a surge of rebel activity near Warrior Falls, uncovering a hidden entrance to an illegal vibranium mine. There, he faces off against the mysterious and dangerous Venomm, leading to a tense confrontation that tests his skills and resolve.

In "Man-Thing No More!", the Man-Thing, once a prisoner of Ka-Zar and AIM, breaks free and sets off through the jungle on a path of pursuit and survival. With the help of a young woman named Barbara Morris and the mysterious Q-5, he tracks down the kidnapped Dr. Calvin, confronting danger and betrayal along the way—especially when the traitorous Paul Allen meets his end. Meanwhile, R-17 and T-14 watch from the shadows, their own motives unknown as the jungle itself seems to shift around the creature who no longer wants to be a monster.
