“The Walrus's Prison Break”

In "The Walrus's Prison Break," Archie takes on a side hustle as a taxi driver, only to find himself on a bizarre detour that leaves him and a mysterious passenger stranded after a near-miss with a train. The next day at school, he’s stunned to learn the man he picked up is the new principal—though no one’s quite sure how he ended up in Riverdale. Written and drawn by Bob Montana, this 1942 adventure blends slapstick mishaps with a touch of mystery, all capped off with a cover by Irv Novick.
