In the top gag, Archie, Jughead and Betty are visiting an art museum with Miss Grundy. In the bottom gag, Miss Phlips is asking Svenson why he brought the trash cans in. Svenson said that it was going to snow that night and he would put them out in the morning. When Miss Phlips says that the principal was wondering, Svenson sees Mr. Weatherbee standing around a nearby corner and says that he'll give him something to wonder about. In the last panel, Svenson is seen lifting the lid on a garbage can and whispering "Tonight... after everyone is gone!" as Mr. Weatherbee looks around the corner.
