Part of DC's twelve-issue future-shocker series, this June 1988 installment of Outcasts delivers a kinetic cover by Cam Kennedy — a blue-suited fighter wielding a massive, cannon-like weapon called the Bucket O'Queeg blasts clean through an armored figure, the impact crackling in a burst of energy. The cover copy says it all: "Back off, Boss Angel… B.D. and his Bucket O'Queeg… are comin' through!" With Wagner and Grant driving the story under the title "Suicide Park," this is mid-series Outcasts firing on all cylinders.
