Part three of "Fear State" arrives with a cover by Bruno Redondo that throws Nightwing, Robin, a pink-haired figure in purple, and a caped dark-suited hero headlong into a swarm of hovering surveillance drones — all orbiting an ominous glowing eye emblem that dominates the background. The dynamic, almost vertiginous composition captures a city under technological siege, with each hero angled as if the whole world has been tipped upside down. Tom Taylor and Robbi Rodriguez keep the momentum of this 2022 run firing on all cylinders.
