Nightwing #60

The tagline says it all — "Revenge Runs Hot!" — and Chris Mooneyham's cover for this 2019 issue delivers on that promise with a surge of flame-wreathed figures locked in fierce combat. Nightwing in his blue-and-black suit charges alongside a cast of combatants, including a red-clad fighter wielding a weapon overhead, a red-haired woman extending a staff, and a costumed villain snarling in the foreground, all swallowed by a dramatic torrent of fire. Dan Jurgens continues "City Ablaze Part II" here, and with Mooneyham's kinetic linework and Nick Filardi's scorching colors, this issue looks every bit as intense as its title suggests.
