From January 1997 comes this fourth chapter of Dick Grayson's solo ongoing series, titled "Lady Be Deadly." Scott McDaniel and Karl Story's cover delivers a vertigo-inducing aerial perspective — Nightwing in his blue-and-black costume grapples with a masked female opponent in striking red, gold, and white armor, the two of them tangled together mid-fall above what looks like a shattered glass ceiling. The dynamic, almost disorienting composition captures exactly the kind of kinetic, street-level energy that made this run so engaging right out of the gate.
