Nick recruits agent Alexander Pierce and Tony Stark to help him in his fight against the corrupted SHIELD. Meanwhile CIA agent Al Mackenzie saves agent John Adams Allen being killed by a squad of killer SHIELD agents. Fury suspects agents are being replaced by LMDs, and his suspicion is confirmed when the captured Eric Koenig LMD burns up and melts down in front of him.
