The Hellions head off to Julian's house for summer break. They tangle with airport security which makes Julian's father furious. It is Julian's turn to get angry when he discovers that his parents have disinherited him. He looks for some dirt on them that he can use as leverage and finds a hidden scroll concerning the "Kingmaker." The Hellions perform the spell written on the scroll and speak their names into a cell phone at the Kingmaker's request. The next morning, the Kingmaker shows up at Julian's house and tells the Hellions he will grant them each one wish.
