New Mutants #32
The Halls of Hel" sets the stage for a brutal clash in the mythological underworld, and Jason Pearson's cover delivers the tension in full — Dani Moonstar charges into battle wielding spear and shield, while a winged-helmeted figure squares off against a horde of monstrous warriors, with a massive shark-headed beast and axe-wielding brutes pressing in from all sides. The New Mutants are clearly outnumbered and surrounded, but the team looks anything but ready to back down. Written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning with interior art by David Lafuente, Robbi Rodriguez, and colors by Val Staples, this 2011 issue promises a wild ride through some very unfriendly territory.
