My Own Romance #21
In "See Ya Around!", Andrea opens her home to June, her former schoolmate recovering from illness—only to grow uneasy when doubts creep in. As tensions rise and secrets unravel, a chilling revelation from Dr. Harrison exposes a disturbing truth about June’s past. Written by Ed Jurist and illustrated by Jay Scott Pike and John Severin, with a cover by Al Hartley, this 1952 tale of suspicion and hidden motives delivers a quietly unsettling story that lingers long after the final page.

Andrea invites former schoolmate June, in ill-health, to recuperate in her home. However, she begins to suspect June is faking her illness, but Andrea’s husband Russ disagrees. June confesses that she hates Andrea, who says “you’re terribly, horribly sick, mentally!” Andrea contacts Dr. Harrison, who identifies June as a “dangerous” former patient of his (right after she kills some baby birds). June is taken away and Russ and Andrea realise what a close call they had.
