When Blackhawk arrives in the island nation of Largo for a quiet vacation, he stumbles upon the brutal return of the deposed dictator Maxill—financed by the mysterious businessman Nabob and his syndicate of wealthy conspirators. Captured and imprisoned, Blackhawk must rally the oppressed Largonians and outwit his captors to stop Maxill's iron grip on the island before a desperate radio call can reach his scattered team across the globe.
Rollo's well-meaning advice about understanding children backfires when he volunteers to babysit the mischievous Delancey Delaney Todd—only to find himself caught in a series of escalating mishaps orchestrated by the clever boy. As Rollo chases butterflies with Miss Fiddler, Delancey's substitute teacher, the pint-sized troublemaker works behind the scenes to throw his reluctant guardian into one comedic disaster after another. By the time Rollo realizes what's really going on, Delancey has already turned the tables in the most unexpected way.
