The Blackhawks' peaceful night of dancing at a resort is shattered when a citywide riot erupts, and Baron Scar and his mounted Black Lancers appear to save the day—earning the gratitude of the city's police commissioner and mayor. But when a captured mob leader reveals that Baron Scar orchestrated the entire uprising, Blackhawk pieces together a chilling scheme: the riot was cover for eliminating rival criminals and establishing the Black Lancers as the city's new, unopposed criminal force. With Blackhawk and one of his men taken prisoner and the fate of the city hanging in the balance, the team must find a way to expose Baron Scar's treachery before his sinister plan comes to fruition.

Will Bragg crashes a golf tournament at the country club with the help of a sympathetic spectator who spots him being turned away, only to find himself caught up in an absurd competition when a bull frog swallows his ball and hops across the course instead of his playing partner Timber Wolf. With his entry fee and reputation on the line, Bragg ends up pursuing the frog in increasingly desperate fashion rather than focusing on his game—and discovers that honor and good intentions don't always lead where you'd expect them to.
