When the Blackhawks investigate smuggling operations along a war-torn border, they uncover a ruthless syndicate led by Rukton and Gulam that's deliberately framing nations to profit from conflict. Trapped in the smugglers' cave headquarters and facing execution, the team must fight their way free and expose the conspiracy before the rival countries descend into war.
