Master of Kung Fu #99

The deck of a ship becomes a battlefield on Mike Zeck and Gene Day's kinetic cover, where Shang-Chi — dressed in his signature red outfit — unleashes a powerful flying kick against a swarm of opponents while a lit bundle of dynamite smolders ominously in the foreground. The cover also teases the return of Rufus Carter fighting side-by-side with Shang-Chi, promising plenty of pulse-quickening action inside. Issue #99 of Master of Kung Fu — titled "Bitter Harvest" — brings Doug Moench's run right to the edge of a milestone hundredth issue, and this "Death Boat!" cover makes it clear the series isn't slowing down one bit.
