“Round Two”

In "Round Two," the cosmic twins known as the Two Brothers Cosmic escalate their high-stakes wager: eleven champions from each universe will battle to decide which realm is superior—winner takes all, loser faces annihilation. The clash begins with Captain Marvel facing off against Thor, Namor pitted against Aquaman, and Flash dueling Quicksilver, all drawn in dynamic, high-octane style by Claudio Castellini and Dan Jurgens, with Paul Neary's inks lending sharp intensity to the cover by Castellini and Neary.

The Two Brothers Cosmic have lost two shards of themselves, one in each universe. They also seek to know whose universe is better. To that end, they have selected eleven warriors each, to face each other in battle. Whichever Brother's champions lose, their universe is destroyed. First contests: Captain Marvel versus Thor, Namor versus Aquaman and Flash versus Quicksilver.
