A foreman (who is a Nazi spy) blows up a munitions plant and tries to pin the blame on a foreign immigrant worker. Torch and Toro save the man from being lynched and escort him to jail for his own protection. When they recover the explosive used in the blast, they realize that they are dealing with Nazis and the immigrant is innocent. Torch and Toro pay a visit to rattle the man who incited the lynch mob and hit paydirt. The man calls up the foreman, and the Torch has tapped his phoneline. Torch and Toro attack the hideout and round up the swine. They then release the immigrant from jail.
