Blackie Glaxon est le nouveau compagnon de cellule du Docteur Octopus et il offre une grosse somme d’argent si le Docteur parvient à les faire évader. Pendant ce temps, Peter veut soutenir Betty alors qu’elle tente de convaincre son frère Ben d’abandonner ses associés criminels (dont Blackie Glaxon). Plus tard, les évadés se présentent à l’appartement de Ben et kidnappent Betty, l’emmenant sur un navire abandonné.
