Logan goes through the portal and arrives on the alien world, where he fights hundreds of aliens, eventually destroying some machinery that causes a huge explosion. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Doc Samson fights with one of the alien-possessed humans to protect the portal, as the explosion caused by Wolverine comes through the portal and kills all of the humans except Doc Samson. Logan emerges from the fire and smoke, having been pushed back through the portal before it was destroyed.
