Mark escapes death, but injures an innocent woman in doing so. Discovering that Dumas is now disguised as 'Mark Shaw' in order to kill Mark's family, Mark steals Emperor Hirohito's sword and escapes, making sure the police arrest 'Mark Shaw' at the airport. Mark then contacts David and Gary, gives them the sword and has them drop him off in the Himalayas-- near the hidden base of the Manhunter Cult.
