Part of Dynamite's Sovereigns initiative, Magnus #5 brings writer Kyle Higgins and artist Jorge Fornés to a tense street-level standoff for "For the Cause." The cover by Giuseppe Camuncoli places Magnus in her red suit at the center of a divided crowd — humans brandishing signs reading "Know Your Place" and "You Belong to Us" on one side, and smooth-faced robots holding placards demanding "Fair Work for Fair Life" and "Set Us Free" on the other, with the tension between them palpable. Rounding out the package is a Doctor Spektor back-up story, making this a satisfying read across the board.
