Part of Dynamite's Sovereigns initiative, Magnus #4 brings writer Kyle Higgins and artist Jorge Fornés to the chapter titled "Scattered" — and Giuseppe Camuncoli's cover captures the mood perfectly. Magnus herself dominates the foreground, looking shaken and alert in her red jacket as her hair whips across her face, while a towering wall of surveillance-style screens behind her shows shadowy figures in sterile, monitored environments. The unsettling sense that she's being watched — or is watching — makes this an intriguing entry in the series, and the bonus Doctor Spektor back-up story sweetens the deal.
